Job Description

We are looking for talented sales consultants to service our online customers through exceptional email, online chat and telephonic communication.  This consultant would need to have the ability to upsell the full bouquet of FCTG product offering.  Our online consultants are responsible to increase the online channels revenue as per targets and budgets and will be incentivised accordingly.

Required Qualifications

  • SA citizen/ relevant visa 
  • Highly organised and attention to detail
  • Strong understanding of Online retailing and E-commerce
  • Min 18 months Travel consulting experience
