Job Description

Travelinfo is South Africa's premier business-to-business online travel information channel connecting suppliers and travel agents. Travelinfo is looking for a dynamic junior account executive to join their team. All you need is the ability to use your good people skills and travel industry experience to establish and maintain client database information for travel agents.

Required Qualifications

  • Own car and drivers license
  • Matric essential and travel qualification advantageous
  • Previous travel industry experience essential (i.e. retail, wholesale) – minimum 2 years
  • Enthusiastic person with good written & verbal communication skills
  • Good work organisation, time management skills & ability to work under pressure
  • Able to work quickly, methodically, highly accurate and able to concentrate for long periods
  • Ability to build good interpersonal relationships and ability to work as part of a team
  • Target driven - ability to renew travel advertising contracts (negotiating skills)
  • Ability to deliver quality work and be proactive
