Job Description

We are looking for an advertising coordinator to assist with the ad coordination of daily, weekly and monthly trade travel publications (TNW, eTNW, TAM).
 
This person’s primary responsibility will be to handle the timeous receipt and correct placement of advertisements through liaison with clients, editorial and sales.
 
Requirements
  • Communications, Marketing or Advertising qualification (preferred)
  • Excellent written and telephonic communication skills
  • Ability to handle internal and external partners with diplomacy
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Enthusiastic and willing to see job to a finish
  • Ability to plan, prioritise and allocate work activities and resources in line with operational plans
  • Computer literate
  • Magazine layout experience an advantage
  • Knowledge of digital advertising an advantage
