Creditors – Accounts Payable Controller (Permanent) Gauteng- Sandton -Finance

Job Description

Duties will include, but not be limited to: 
  • Reconciliation of creditors accounts
  • Attends to complaints and queries, and resolves problems within company guidelines and policy
  • Processing of journals
  • Completion & submission of credit applications
  • Email/Post/Print of all remittances and proof of payments
  • Maintain accurate and up to date supplier details and overdue accounts
  • Preparing reports for management review on a weekly/ bi-weekly basis
  • Other Ad hoc duties

Required Qualifications

Qualification:
  • Minimum Grade 12
Experience & Knowledge: 
  • 5 + years’ experience in similar role;
  • Quick Trav experience would be advantageous
  • Accounting/ Bookkeeping experience would be advantageous
