Job Description

Background inbound Touring/Lodge Reservations and/or Field Experience.  Key eye for detail and understanding database and reporting; above average skill in English creative writing, grammar; above average skill in Mathematics and calculations; Results orientated, Understanding of local and international data safety standards. Good understanding of product and general knowledge of company destinations, with East Africa knowledge essential.

Required Qualifications

Travel certificate/diploma.

Minimum 2 years working experience in a similar role (required).

Background inbound Touring/Lodge Reservations and/or Field Experience.

Computer – Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive etc.), Understanding of the Reservation Platform. WETU, CRM. Understanding of the data.  Problem-solving skills.  Strategic thinking.   Project management. Leadership and team building.  Knowledge of managing databases.  Ability to work across teams and individually.  Analytical and technical mind-set.
