Job Description

SENIOR  AFTER HOURS TRAVEL CONSULTANT (ATLANTIS24GLOBAL)  - HEAD OFFICE SANDTON

Shifts available 24/7 - No home worker position available as all 24/7 afterhours shifts are office based .   

Based at their Head Office in Sandton : Min 5-10 years experience working in a Travel Management Company on various accounts which consist mostly of International Travel .

The successful individual will thrive in a high pressure environment and be committed to client satisfaction.

Flexible working hours to be discussed .

Minimum Requirements

  • Amadeus/Galileo experience
  • 5-10 years  + experience in TMC
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Well spoken
  • Team leading ability
  • Handle Corporate and/or Government Accounts
  • Excellent international  fares and ticketing knowledge
  • Good destination knowledge

Job specifications

  • Ability to handle pressure
  • Ability to handle very large volumes and quick turnaround time
  • All travel related requests for Domestic, Regional and International bookings
  • EMD
  • Ticketing
  • Ticket re-issue
  • Process visas correctly and timeously
  • Domestic / Regional / International re-routings
  • Practice teamwork and has the enthusiasm to assist colleagues

Salary

Market Related (Dependant on experience)

  • Travel related qualifications
  • Amadues/Galileo Certificate
  • Matric Certificate
