Job Description

  • Reservations
  • Checking guests in and out
  • Capturing of Income and Expenses
  • Working with Microsoft Office and Nightsbridge
  • Financial Management Debtors and creditors
  • Must have a good eye for attention to detail
  • Document management
  • Co-ordinating Transfers
  • Handling ad hoc queries from guests
  • Assist with breakfast, lunch and occasional Dinner functions
  • Stock Management
  • Co-ordinating Housekeeping Activities
  • Assist with Marketing initiatives

Salary

R9 000 – R15 000 based on experience

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in the hospitality Industry.
  • Fully proficient in Afrikaans and English on all 3 levels - speaking, reading and writing.
  • Strong knowledge of Nightsbridge will be an advantage.
