Brilliant opportunity for a well-structured, self-disciplined & efficiency driven individual to join the Team of a 20 year old Cruise Specialist Agency, based in Sea Point, Cape Town.

Systems focused business, dynamic & focused Team delivering high level of client service & efficiency to high net worth clients, an average spend per client +- $12 000. High pressure, fast paced & deadline driven environment. Small efficient office of 3-4 staff, very few walk in clients, bookings are through email & telephone, no flight bookings. Required Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:
  • Min 5 yrs work experience
  • Cruise experience & knowledge added advantage
  • International travel experience – making bookings & actual travel
  • Well–Organised, Well-Structured & Diligent approach to tasks
  • Computer proficiency – Outlook, Word & Excel, Internet Searches
  • Exceptional client service focused – both externally & support to the Team
  • Exceptional efficiency with admin & computerised filing systems
  • Attention to detail is critical in all forms of correspondence & research
  • Follow company work flow procedures 100% - training shall be provided
  • Able to work independently without supervision & within a small Team
  • Solutions Driven & able to use initiative
  • Research Cruises, compiling cruise options for clients who enquire
  • Adaptability & flexibility around daily tasks is essential
  • Electronic & Social Media Marketing added advantage
  • Reliable Own Transport
