Job Description

  • Responsible for promoting the Emirates Holidays product offering to the travel trade through regular sales calls.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the travel trade.
  • Conduct product knowledge and training sessions with travel agencies.
  • Co-ordinate sales activities in the region.
  • Implement sales strategies to ensure that the travel trade is aware of the existence, variety, competitive prices and quality of leisure products available.
  • Achieve/exceed leisure sales targets set to support the planned growth of the organisation.
  • Gather intelligence on activities and market trends and provide feedback to other relevant units.

Required Qualifications

  • Must have solid understanding of distribution patterns in the travel industry.
  • Must have a strong leisure travel and/or sales background.
  • Must have the ability to implement strategies to acquire new business.
  • Must be able to work independently within preset guidelines and be results oriented.
  • Should be highly motivated towards success.
  • Must possess strong destination knowledge and have travelled extensively.
