Job Description

A boutique corporate travel agency is in search of junior corporate travel consultant. We are looking for a consultant that is passionate about travelling and satisfying their clients’ needs and willing to go the extra mile. You will be responsible for booking and promoting travel arrangements for clients, at the same time taking initiative to grow your own clientele.

Required Qualifications

  • A travel and tourism qualification
  • Amadeus
  • Quicktrav
  • Previous travel consultancy experience
  • Sales skills
  • Excellent knowledge of traveling software (reservations systems, GDS)

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Research the destination and means of travel relative to price, location and convenience.
  • Organize travel arrangements from beginning to end (flights, accommodation, visa, transportation)
  • Handle unforeseen problems, complaints, changes and eligibility for refunds
