SENIOR TRAVEL CONSULTANT : min 5-10 years experience working in a Travel Management Company

A Travel Company based in Morningside Sandton requires a Travel Consultant with 5-10 years travel experience . The successful individual will thrive in a high pressure environment and be committed to client satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements

  • Amadeus experience essential
  • 5-10 years  + experience in TMC
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Well spoken
  • Team leading ability
  • Handle Corporate and/or Government Accounts
  • Excellent international  fares and ticketing knowledge
  • Good destination knowledge

Job specifications

  • Ability to handle pressure
  • Ability to handle very large volumes and quick turnaround time
  • All travel related requests for Domestic, Regional and International bookings
  • EMD
  • Ticketing
  • Ticket re-issue
  • Process visas correctly and timeously
  • Domestic / Regional / International re-routings
  • Practice teamwork and has the enthusiasm to assist colleagues

Salary

Market Related (Dependant on experience)
