Key Performance Areas

  • Processing Trade supplier Invoices
  • Ensuring all Invoices comply with Sars & Client requirements
  • Weekly reporting on Open vouchers
  • Compiling COD documents for EFT payments

Required Qualifications

Qualification and Experience Requirements

  • Minimum Matric qualification (Grade 12)
  • QuickTrav package experience compulsory
  • Ms Excel/ Ms Office working experience
  • Be able to work in a pressurized corporate environment
  • May be required to work overtime to meet deadlines as and when required
  • High levels of accuracy
  • Attention to detail is essential.
  • Ability to work under pressure
