Job Description

Requirements:
  • At least 12 months experience in travel or 2 years experience in a sales role
  • Superior ability to communicate with customers in both English and Afrikaans
  • Results driven and ability to work to a target in a fast paced sales environment comfortably
  • Passion for creating magic
 Duties Include:
  • Action customer enquiries in line with business SLA
  • Manage customer relationship throughout the travel journey demonstrating superb interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build relationships both internally and externally
  • Identify and understand customer needs and make recommendations
  • Remain relevant and up to date with all product and industry changes
  • Commitment to excellence in customer service
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Obtaining deposits and balance of payments from customers

Availability

Salary

R 12, 500 pm basic + commission

General Details

  •  Two Shifts – 07h30 to 15h30 & 10h30 to 18h30
  • Lunch 11h30 & 14h30 (30mins)
  • Tea Breaks – Shift 1 (09h30 & 13h30) Shift 2 (12h30 & 16h30)
  • Salary – R12,500 Basic + Commission on existing structure
  • Call Centre Monday to Saturdays (09h00 to 16h00)
  • Sundays (09h00 to 14h00)
