Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the following:
  • Work together with Product Managers and Marketing Manager to select suitable product for marketing, based on specials
  • Compile manual costings of product for marketing
  • Perform Competitive Analysis on all Priority Escapes product and all product sent for marketing to ensure market competitiveness
  • Collate all product, costings and competitive analysis and present to MD for approval
  • Compilation and maintenance of the rate sheet
  • Communication with sub agents on suitable marketing product
  • Compile and send marketing to sub agents within specified deadlines
  • Availability check on product to be marketed prior to release
  • Communication with Marketing Manager on website updates
  • Communication with Suppliers on possible marketing opportunities
The Marketing Coordinator will need to possess the following skills:
  • Excellent Time Management
  • Be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to take initiative and plan ahead
  • Good written and verbal communication skills

Availability

As soon as possible

Salary

R 22 500 pm

Required Qualifications

  • 3 years’ experience in a similar role within the Travel Industry
  • Good working knowledge of Windows Applications
