  • Excellent knowledge of fares, re-issues, refunds
  • At least 8 years working knowledge of Amadeus of other GDS
  • Impeccable administrative skills
  • Understand the value of relationship building with clients and suppliers
  • Strong sales skills
  • Ability to clearly and professionally communicate in Afrikaans and English - written and spoken
  • Work closely with team members
  • Follow instruction
  • Able to adapt working style to suit company SOP's and brand identity
  • Honest with a high moral compass
