Job Description

Reservation Executive Role is designed to channelize and synchronise all the travel operations activities of the designated outlet, with an aim to support & increase sales of the branch / country. You will be responsible for promoting and booking traveling arrangements for clients (individuals or businesses). The goal is to enhance satisfaction and acquire an expanding and dedicated clientele. This position directly reports into Country Manager.

Required Qualifications

ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Expert of GDS – Amadeus/Sabre
  • Organize travels from beginning to end, through booking tickets
  • Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages
  • Handle unforeseen problems and complaints and determine eligibility for money returns
  • Create and update electronic records of clients
  • Maintain relationships with key persons
  • Keep financial statements and documents
  • Reach the revenue and profit targets
  • Will be working for a GSA – ASKY airline
  • Airport or Airlines experience will be preferred
  • General Shift
KEY CHALLENGES:
  • Negotiation with the clients
  • Deal closure
  • Feeling pulse of the clients

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE     
  • Educational Qualifications –Diploma / Graduate
  • Relevant (Functional/Level) & Total Years of Experience – minimum 3 Years
  • Functional Skills Negotiation Skills, Good Communication, Team player
