Job Description

Thompsons Travel is looking for a candidate to manage corporate visa enquires and applications, including administration. Four-month contract.

Required Qualifications

  • Travel or Tourism Certificate
  • Minimum 2 years in corporate travel environment
  • MS Office proficient, especially Excel
  • Extensive visa knowledge (corporate and international) and experience essential
  • Quicktrav knowledge preferred
  • Good geographical travel knowledge
  • High accuracy and concentration, focusing on detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively manage time and to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Outstanding customer service skills
