Job Purpose
The Sales Executive will assist the Manager in activities related to selling airline products & services to the various distribution channels (travel agents, companies, free lancers, alternate channels & partners) and in gaining their commitment to promote them

JOB BRIEF:  
The person will be responsible for analysis & generating periodic MIS reports station performance for sales teams using available, assist in building and maintaining good working relationships with assigned distribution channels & ensuring they are regularly updated with product & service updates, Assists in identifying, organizing & participating in sales promotions. He/She would be reporting to the Sales Manager.

ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Sales visits & regular follow-ups with travel agents / corporate house.
  • Distribution of product information to travel agents / corporate house.
  • Give product presentations to travel agents / corporate house.
  • Regular update with local market intelligence on competition.
  • Market research on current trends along with identifying & escalating new avenues.
  • Sales call planning.
  • Prepare & submit daily reports & weekly reports to the senior management.
  • Must have sales experience of 4-5 years with a direct Airline or GSA.
  • Responsible for all assigned Key Accounts and for the entire Customer acquisition process, including contract negotiations, process definition, Key Performance Indicators definition, implementation of services and operational management including performance management.
  • Acts as a liaison between the Customer and the Operations & Finance
  • Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell the airline
  • Maintain relationships with key persons
  • Keep financial statements and documents
  • Reach the revenue and profit targets
  • Will be working for a GSA – ASKY airline
  • Airport or Airlines experience will be preferred
  • General Shift

Required Qualifications

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE     
  • Educational Qualifications –Diploma / Graduate
  • Relevant (Functional/Level) & Total Years of Experience – minimum 3 Years
  • Functional Skills Negotiation Skills, Good Communication, Team player, People person.
  • Great Verbal and Written Communication Skills in English is a must.
  • Basic Math & Computer skills, Reporting Skills, Administrative Skills, and Attention to details is a must.
