  • Quote and Book MICE / Group requests
  • Negotiate with suppliers
  • Manage a group booking from start to end.
  • Ensure policies and procedures are followed.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the travel industry within a similar role
  • GDS qualification essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills.
  • Strong Analytical skills and the ability to evaluate data to inform and make decisions. Strong negotiation skills.
  • Customer service orientated
  • Exceptional verbal and written skills
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and other MS Office Applications- Outlook, Office, MS PowerPoint.
  • Able to meet targets and perform under pressure
  • Able to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Indian Ocean Islands is a plusBook
  • Ability to effectively manage time and to perform multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining High accuracy and concentration, focusing on the detail
  • Strong administrative skills 
  • Results driven
