Job Description

A Well-established Travel Management Company situated in Willowbrook, Roodepoort, has a vacancy for a CREDITORS CLERK in our busy accounts department.

Required Qualifications

The successful Candidate would need the following: -

REQUIREMENTS:
  • MIN 3 YEARS CREDITORS EXPERIENCE DUTIES Including but not limited to: - 
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES. Responsible for
  1. Accurate processing and reconciliation of all documents for payment. 
  2. Accounting payable principles. 
  3. Ability to calculate, post and manage payment figures and credit limit.  
  4. Computer literacy in excel/Quicktrav an advantage. 
  5. Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  6. Excellent organisational and planning skills
  7. Ability to prioritise time and work
  8. Attention to detail with previous experience
  9. Accuracy skills
  10. Ability to work independently
Desired Skills:
  • Creditors clerk
  • Reconciliation
  • Control of pre-payment and Account Payments
