Job Description

Oversee and mentor team of consultants.

Work closely with the Reservations team to convert bookings.

Matching experiences to guests’ profile / sourcing new and different experiences and driving them into the business.

Assist the reservations team in a consultative manner along with agents and guests to curate creative itineraries.

Required Qualifications

Previous Management experience min 3 years.

Strong product knowledge covering Southern Africa (Essential).

Experience in participating in costing and operating costs.

Min 5 years Travel consultant background.

Exposure with the American, United Kingdom, European and Australasian markets.
