Job Description

  • Relation management
  • Performance management for managers and staff
  • Problem solving and dealing with disputes
  • Managing and monitoring Consultants.
  • Monitor Company Business Targets for H/O.
  • Control Galileo and Travel Soft software to align with company policy.
  • Participate in the strategic planning and competitive positioning of the business supplier relations and negotiations.
  • Liaise with all departments of the company; in-houses, finance, sales and marketing as well as key account management.
  • Managing and Monitoring support staff functions and performance.

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Tourism Management
  • 5 to 8 years relevant experience in the management of a large Travel Management Company
  • Proven track record in operations management
  • Financial skills with the ability to compile budgets and financial reports
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills
  • Must be working on Galileo (Smartpoint and Quicktrav essential)
