Job Description

The role of the Product & Campaign Specialist is to support the strategy and the team by co-ordinating multiple tasks between various stakeholders in the business. You will be a key player in the planning process, communication and creating effective processes to deliver quality content based on deliverables that are set out by the Product Manager. You will work closely with marketing, design, legal and product teams to meet multiple deadlines.

Co-ordinating and overseeing tasks related to all channels (eg. App, Travel website etc) and fulfil tasks that includes banner scheduling, rotation of messages and offers, briefing requirements to support areas, maintain content and meeting deadlines.

Co-ordinating travel campaigns by working closely with Product Manager and Specialists, Marketing & Design teams, Legal & Data teams to execute various campaigns within the comany. You will be responsible for all briefs, co-ordination on collateral and liaising with relevant stakeholders for sign off.

Oversee and co-ordination of content related to the travel department on internal and external platforms to ensure consistency and compliance throughout communication.

Explore marketing and communication opportunities within the company and with suppliers.

Facilitating communications and tasks between various internal teams like training schedules, campaign updates, project updates etc.

Collect data and analyse results to provide adequate reporting

Required Qualifications

Matric.

Minimum 7 years’ experience in the Travel Industry.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing or campaign co-ordination roles.

Minimum 2 year' experience in a Product role within the Travel Industry beneficial.

Experience in the Leisure travel environment preferrable.

Experience in the Loyalty industry advantageous.

Global product and geographical travel knowledge.

Ability to adapt to a hybrid working space i.e., blend of remote and specified office locations based on business needs.
