Job Description

An exciting role of Bid Coordinator has become available at CWT’s Parktown offices. The BID Coordinator takes responsibility for the compilation and submission of bids/tenders, ensuring high quality, compliant and compelling submissions.
 
One would describe the ideal candidate as a highly organized, efficient, and confident individual who possesses high attention to detail and accuracy with demonstrable high standards of achievement, ability to work efficiently in teams and management at all levels, be articulate, have excellent written communication skills, and be able to work under pressure to meet demanding deadlines.

Required Qualifications

  • Journalism/Sales/Marketing/ Qualification advantages (equivalent to an NQF level 5 is preferable)
  • At least 2 – 5 years’ experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing skills
  • Must be able to demonstrate strong critical thinking capabilities and problem-solving skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail are imperative
  • Excellent computer and organizational skills
  • Excellent Time Management skills (Ability to meet deadlines)
  • Good strategic planning abilities
  • Desire to continue learning (to upskill and progress in role)
  • Financial acumen
