Job Description

  • Handling FIT's and Series group bookings
  • Pre book accommodation a year in advance and updating properties on a weekly basis with a yearly forecast
  • Liaison with the agent, direct clients and suppliers with excellent communication skills with the ability to grow and maintain the relationship
  • Handling of departmental booking challenges
  • Managing creditors account queries and payment
  • Preparing guide tour pack for the tour
  • Destination knowledge on Southern and East Africa

R20000 - R25000 CTC

Required Qualifications

  • Min 5 years experience inbound tour operationg experience.
