Job Description

The main objective is to provide all aspects of booking services directly to our clients whilst delivering VIP service excellence.

 

Salary

- Attractive package market-related, based on experience.

Required Qualifications

 (An overview, but is not limited to the full function of the role)

·        Standard quote format to be used

·        Provide rules for changes and cancellation of services

·        Approval as per SLA

·        Book as per the customer’s travel policy

·        Advise clients regarding passports, visas, health                             requirements, foreign exchange, travel insurance, car                      parking, car hire, accommodation, transfers, excursions,                and any other related service

·        Ensure all necessary documentation is issued within the                 allocated time

·        Air ticket: Send to the traveler and/or booker

·        Voucher: Send to supplier and traveler and/or booker

·        Send an SMS to the traveler

Knowledge & Skills:

·        Ensure technical and product knowledge is updated                       regularly

·        Must have  of 5 years of international consulting experience           with a GDS

·        Ticketing and Fares knowledge

·        Computer literate in MS Windows and MS Office

·        Destination experience 

Personal Attributes Required:

  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of the additional language is an advantage

·        Possess effective organizational skills and the ability to complete multiple tasks and a high volume of work.

·        Excellent time management, organizational, and follow-                  through skills. 

·        Ability to respond quickly and accurately to requests for                   information

·        Support team members and management
