Job Description

Ensure that all vendor accounts assigned to you are kept current and are strictly monitored by ensuring billing
takes place within the month of your stay. Ensuring that supplier payments are made within agreed terms and
maintaining of supplier relationships.

Salary

- Attractive package market-related, based on experience.

Required Qualifications

Capturing, payment, and reconciliation of supplier statements, vendor listing management, managing queries,
clearing open voucher management reports, invoicing, and general administration.

  •  3-5 years of Creditors experience with a travel background advantageous
  • Profin knowledge advantageous wthe ith ability to invoice on system
  •  Possess competent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possess effective organizational skills, the ability to complete multiple tasks, and a high volume of work
  • on deadline. 
  • Attention to detail. 
  • Excellent time management and follow-through skills. 
  •  Advantageous - analytical skills and the ability to create useful and actionable reports from data
  •  Self-motivated and disciplined
  •  Ability to work in a team and independently
