Job Description

The main objective is to provide all aspects of booking services directly to our clients whilst delivering VIP service
excellence.

Salary

- Attractive package market-related, based on experience.

Required Qualifications

Provide assistance to all the current and potential customers, answering questions, fixing problems and providing
excellent service. The main goal of customer service is to build a strong relationship with the customer.
Coordinate all aspects of domestic and international travel reservations as per clients reference, advise clients
regarding passports, visa’s, health requirements, foreign exchange, travel insurance, car hire and/or parking,
accommodation, transfers, excursions and any other related service. Ensure service and fees are as per SLA.

● Minimum of 5 years of international consulting experience with       a  GDS (Certificate to be attached to
  application)
● Excellent updated knowledge of the GDS and booking tool
● Ticketing and Fares knowledge
● Computer literate in MS Windows, G-suite and MS Office will be advantageous
● Destination and Product Knowledge
● Diploma in Travel and Tourism

● Proficiency in English; knowledge of the additional language is       an advantage
● Possess effective organizational skills and the ability to                   complete multiple tasks
● Excellent time management and follow-through skills
