Job Description

The main objective of this role is to provide information, advice, and booking services directly to our clients whilst delivering service excellence and positively promoting the Company brand. 

Salary

- Attractive package market-related, based on experience.

Required Qualifications

●       Minimum of 5 years of International and Regional consulting           experience with a GDS

●       Must have a valid GDS Certificate, Amadeus is an                            advantage

●       Excellent knowledge of the GDS and Online Booking Tool

●       Must be fully proficient with Ticketing and Reissues on the             GDS

●       Ticketing and Fares knowledge

●       Computer literate MS Office and G-suite will be                                advantageous

●       Have an excellent understanding of:

o   Airline terms

o   Travel industry knowledge 

o   Geography

●       Updated technical, destination and product knowledge

●       Possess effective organizational skills and the ability to                    complete multiple

●       Attention to detail

●       Possess a creative outlook with a problem-solving attitude 

●       Excellent time management and follow-through skills

●       An ability to provide excellent customer service

●       Ability to work independently
