Job Description

  • Must have extensive knowledge on BSP and QuickTrav
  • Willingness to learn
  • Ability to work under pressure and excellent communication skills in English
  • Knowledge with regards to fares and ticketing.
  • Knowledge on BSP Remittance Procedures, BSP system and Language, Billing Reports and Procedures
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in Quicktrav
  • Galileo or Amadeus Knowledge
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work on Saturdays 
  • High accuracy and attention to detail essential.
  • Ability to manage your own time.
  • Computer literate
  • Takes the initiative to support team members
