Job Description

The main objective of this role is to provide professional Travel Management and booking services directly to our clients whilst delivering service excellence and positively promoting the Company brand.

Required Qualifications

  • Marketing/Sales Related Qualification
  • Maintain and develop sales to local key accounts and designated international markets
  • Assist with the formulation and implementation of the Sales strategy, in order to grow the brand maximising revenues.
  • Assist and provide input for the setting of Annual Revenue Budgets and Quarterly Forecasts in consultation with Director of Sales & Marketing, Client Relationship Manager and Financial Controllers.
  • Identify and grow local market
  • Understand key market movements, influences and impact on business
  • Maintain and grow the trade database through the currently employed CRM system.
  • Have an intimate understanding of the competition.
  • Participate in and implement the sales and marketing plan.
  • Communicate market related feedback to key stakeholders in the business.
  • Computer literate MS Office and G-suite will be advantageous
  • Updated technical, destination and product knowledge
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of the additional language is an advantage
  • Possess competent written and verbal communication skills
  • Possess effective organizational skills and the ability to complete multiple tasks
  • Attention to detail
  • Possess a creative outlook with a problem-solving attitude 
  • Excellent time management and follow-through skills
  • An ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Ability to work independently
