Job Description

  • Ensure that all projects allocated are delivered timeously and in line with the client's brief
  • Managing new and current client and supplier relationships
  • Managing of client accounts and budgets, and financial forecasting
  • End-to-end management and coordination all marketing functions, across all client accounts
  • Conceptualisation and strategy planning with various internal departments
  • Managing project teams, delegating responsibilities, scheduling follow-ups and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Composing complete and detailed tender proposals, including creative conceptualisation, detailed itineraries and descriptions, budgets and presentations to clients, and identifying growth opportunities within existing clients / projects
  • Ensure all administrative processes are followed and maintained
  • Ensure profitability of each project
  • Travel arrangements
  • Travel with groups
