Job Description

An opportunity has arisen for a South African (work from home) Intermediate Corporate Travel Consultant at one of Ireland’s most respected Travel Agencies.

The purpose of the role is to provide information, advice, and booking services directly to our clients whilst delivering service excellence and positively promoting the Company brand.Providing Travel Management Services to our client base

  • Booking Flights, Hotels, Car Hire, Rail, and other services
  • Conversing with your client by phone and email
  • Seek feedback from your client to continuously improve the service.
  • Liaise with your manager to discuss complications, developments, and sales.

Salary

Attractive package market-related, based on experience.

Required Qualifications

     Experience in GDS, preferably Amadeus

  • At least 18 months of experience in travel, preferably Corporate reservations
  • Passion for Travel
  • A strong client focuses.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent English
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Fluent in English with proficient verbal and written skills
