Senior Travel Advisor (After Hours position) (Permanent) Gauteng- Pretoria -Retail

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and execute the required travel bookings in terms of the approved travel, provide preliminary flight details and bookings.
  • Executive general admin duties, executive and hoc tasks as allocated.
  • Arranging flights (domestic, regional, and international).
  • Issuing of tickets, revalidation of tickets, re-issue and rerouting of tickets and other related documentation.
  • Communicate with consultants / travellers regarding/suppliers of any changes or challenges within the travelling industry.
  • Monitor all relevant Qs on Galileo (Smart Point).
  • Respond to any queries concerns raised per email – act accordingly.

Required Qualifications

Essential requirements:

  • ​National Diploma or equivalent qualifications with at least 5-8years’ experience as consultant.
  • Galileo (SmartPoint).
  • Customer-centric.
  • Good English business communication skills – written and verbal.
  • Diplomacy.
  • Work under pressure

General Details

WORKING HOURS:

Work from Pretoria Office / Johannesburg office Shifts are from:

  • 17:00 – 22:00 during the week; 17:00-08:00 night shifts ,08:00– 20:00 and 13:00-22:00 weekends according to a roster.
