Senior Travel Consultant (Contract) Mpumalanga- Nelspruit -Retail

Job Description

  • Handle all (domestic, regional, and international) travel bookings
  • To effectively and efficiently execute group bookings
  • Understanding of local travel and Visa requirements
  • Issuing of tickets, revalidation of tickets, re-issue and rerouting of tickets and other related documentation.
  • General admin duties and adhoc tasks as allocated.
  • Monitor all relevant Queues on Travelport.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • High accuracy and attention to detail essential
  • Customer oriented
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and after hours

Required Qualifications

  • Grade 12 or NQF Level 4, Travel & Tourism Diploma or equivalent qualifications with at least 5+ years’ experience as a Travel Consultant
  • International fares and ticketing certificate

  • Can manage Corporate / Government Accounts
