Job Description

The main objective is to provide all aspects of booking services directly to our clients whilst delivering VIP service
excellence.

Salary

- Attractive package market-related, based on experience.

Required Qualifications

Provide rules for changes and cancellation of services, ensure fees and approval as per SLA, advise clients
regarding passports, visa’s, health requirements, foreign exchange, travel insurance, car hire or parking,
accommodation, transfers, excursions and any other related service.

  • Updated technical and product knowledge
  •  Must have a valid GDS Certificate (please attach to application)
  • Excellent knowledge of the GDS and booking tool
  • Minimum of 5 years of international consulting experience with a GDS
  • Ticketing and Fares knowledge
  •  Computer literate in MS Office and G-Suite will be advantageous
  •  Must have 3 years destination and product Knowledge
  •  Proficiency in English; knowledge of the additional language is an advantage
  •  Possess effective organizational skills and the ability to complete multiple tasks
  •  Excellent time management and follow-through skills. 
  •  Excellent customer service
  •  Support team members and management
