Job Description

  • Highly organized with the ability to excel under pressure.
  • Process all travel related requests for Domestic, Regional bookings inclusive of ticketing / re-issues / EMD’s / accommodation / car rentals / Shuttles and Group Bookings etc.
    Proficient on Quicktrav accounting system.
  • Willingness to assist colleagues / teamwork.
  • Good geographical / destination/ product / Fares knowledge
  • After-hours will be required.

Required Qualifications

  • Galileo with current valid Galileo GDS certificate and code or Amadeus
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience within a Corporate TMC
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • An excellent communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Can manage Corporate / Government Accounts
  • Excellent fares and ticketing knowledge
  • Track record required.
