Job Description

Purpose:

To provide a complete Travel Management Service to our clients in compliance with Company procedures. Take ownership for managing our clients' travel needs and ensure that we deliver the best travel solutions to them.

Key Activities and Responsibilities:

  • Work within agreed service levels, ensuring that all reservations are handled in a timely fashion while maintaining quality service.
  • Adhere to all clients’ Travel Policies.
  • Pro-actively provide assistance and support to other teams when needed.
  • Adhere to ATPI policies, procedures and processes, ensuring they are followed at all times and review to ensure best practice and continuous improvement.
  • Complete all reservations to the expected standard ensuring profile information is added, seating (in line with client policy and ATPI Partnerships).
  • Quality check all client bookings.
  • Ensure that client profiles are loaded and updated regularly.
  • Communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Provide good customer service to clients at all times.
  • Identify negotiated fare & rate opportunities and be able to construct airfares, have understanding of inter office buying.
  • Bookings must be completed in accordance with company policies.
  • Make use of ATPI Systems to maximize offerings to all our clients.
  • Assist the Finance Team with invoice queries.
  • Take ownership of personal training and development needs.
  • Make qualified recommendations to our clients and cross-sell as required.
  • Have a good working knowledge of travel provider products and services.
  • Ensure that all reports and feedback to management are timeously submitted and completed in detail.

Negotiable and dependent on experience

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Corporate Travel (excluding Leisure). Exposure to Marine & Energy or Mining & Resources will strengthen eligibility.
  • Fully qualified in all modules of Amadeus and Galileo – GDS Systems
