Job Description

To provide a seamless service, handling any requests in full often including an item where you exceed your client’s expectation.

The position is sales oriented and involves working towards targets. Commission and incentives are payable for sales achievements.

Reporting to the Team Leader who is responsible for the success and profit of the team, career development and mentoring.

Involves roster work to cover after-hours service where applicable.

  • Ensure enquiries are actioned within 1 hour, you may request teams support to achieve this goal.
  • Provide quality advice and relevant information to clients.
  • Listen to client’s needs; give options explaining why you’ve given each option, taking into account directness of routing, cost and client preference.
  • Meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Resolve client issues in a satisfactory manner to all parties concerned.
  • Visit your clients at least once every 6 months at their offices.
  • After hour calls always to be answered with immediate response to requests.
  • Ensure itineraries and travel docs are professionally presented and thoroughly checked, delivered on time and error free.
  • Maintain correct records of transactions & hold updated detailed traveler / company profiles.
  • Keeping accurate detail of travel arrangements.
  • Attend industry training and seminars.
  • Grow existing clients to their maximum, look for leads, referrals and any opportunities for further growth.

Required Qualifications

At least 3 years dealing with VIP corporate clients.
