Job Description

  • Responsible for  the end-to-end selling, consulting and booking of all products.
  • Product development, itinerary building, and customer service
  • Be the primary contact point for clients, as well as having a good understanding of new and existing products and itineraries
  • Strong destination knowledge of Southern and East Africa

Required Qualifications

  • Inbound Tour Operator experience required.
  • Experience working on Travel Studio and Wetu.
  • Experience dealing with groups and Tour series.
  • Minimum 5 years working within the luxury travel market.

General Details

Working hours

  • Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00
  • Shift week: responsible for the emergency number and reservations inbox after hours and work on Saturdays from 09:00 to 13:00.
