Job Description

 Travelinfo is looking for a dynamic account executive to join their team.
 
All you need is the ability to use your good people and writing skills and travel industry experience to establish and maintain client database information for travel agents.
 
Responsibilities
  • Ensuring travel operators information is 100% correct
  • Renewal of client accounts
  • Promotion of clients’ products and services
  • Establishing and maintaining a good relationship with clients and agents
  • Client visits

Required Qualifications

 
Skills and Requirements
  • Own car and valid driving licence
  • Matric essential
  • Travel qualification advantageous
  • Previous travel industry experience essential (i.e. retail, wholesale) – minimum 4 years
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft (Word, Excel, etc)
  • Enthusiastic person with good written & verbal communication skills
  • Good work organisation, time management skills & ability to work under pressure
  • Able to work quickly, methodically, highly accurate and able to concentrate for long periods
  • Ability to build good interpersonal relationships and ability to work as part of a team
  • Target driven - ability to renew travel advertising contracts (negotiating skills)
  • Ability to deliver quality work and be proactive
