Job Description

The main objective of this role is to provide professional Travel Management and booking services directly to our clients whilst delivering service excellence and positively promoting the Company brand.

Required Qualifications

  • Travel Related Qualification
  • Minimum of 3 years of International and Regional consulting experience with a GDS
  • Must have a valid GDS Certificate, Amadeus is an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of the GDS and Online Booking Tool
  • Must be fully proficient with Ticketing and Reissues on the GDS
  • Ticketing and Fares knowledge
  • Computer literate MS Office will be advantageous
  • Have an excellent understanding of:
    - Airline terms
    - Travel industry knowledge
    - Geography
  • Updated technical, destination and product knowledge
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of the additional language is an advantage
  • Possess competent written and verbal communication skills
  • Possess effective organizational skills and the ability to complete multiple tasks
  • Attention to detail
  • Possess a creative outlook with a problem-solving attitude 
  • Excellent time management and follow-through skills
  • An ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Ability to work independently
