Job Description

As a Travel Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities. Your primary goal will be to provide excellent customer service while maximizing sales and revenue.

Required Qualifications

  • 1-years industry related experience
  • National Diploma/Degree 
  • 1 years Amadeus GDS experience 
  • Experience in luxury travel products
  • Create customized travel itineraries based on client preferences and requests.
  • Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and visa requirements to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Arrange flights, accommodations, car rentals, tours, and other travel-related services.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets 
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong sense of urgency
  • Upsell additional services, such as travel insurance, upgrades, or tours. 
  • Handle reservations, bookings, and payment processing efficiently.
  • Ability to work without direct supervision 
  • Impeccable attention to details
  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Work well in a team 
  • Continuously update your knowledge off travel destinations, airlines, hotels, and travel industry trends.
  • Problem solving and excellent communication skills 
  • Proven sales track record
