Job Description

The incumbent is responsible for advancing the skills and knowledge of staff on TravelIT, developing manuals and online courses and any other training that may be required through the MasterClass Team.

Objectives of the Role:
  • Developing and implementing learning strategies and programmes
  • Designing e-learning courses, career plans, workshops and more for TravelIT
  • Report weekly to the Learning and Development Manager on TravelIT trainings completed, upcoming trainings and status of online course development of TravelIT on the MasterClass Digital Campus (MDC)
  • Any other Ad Hoc projects or duties needed necessary by the Learning & Development division.

Negotiable based on experience

Required Qualifications

Travel Diploma/Degree. Facilitate learning using a variety of methodologies (Level 5, 15 credits) or Conduct targeted training and development using given methodologies (Level 4, 10 credits) (optional).

General Details

Minimum 5 years’ experience with at least 4 being in a senior role in a similar organization.
