Job Description

Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing systems, processes, and workflows within the travel agency to identify opportunities for enhancement and optimization.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into effective system solutions.

Utilize in-depth knowledge of the Travelit system, Oracle NetSuite accounting system, and Amadeus GDS to configure systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operations.

Develop and implement strategies to streamline processes, enhance system performance, and improve overall efficiency, particularly in booking and reservation management.

Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting purposes, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial records.

Provide training and support to staff on system usage, best practices, and new functionalities, fostering a high level of proficiency across the organization.

Collaborate with IT teams to implement system upgrades, integrations, and enhancements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and requirements.

Document system configurations, processes, and procedures to ensure clarity, consistency, and knowledge transfer within the organization.

Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in system analysis and travel technology, making recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

IT Diploma or similar.

At least 5 years in a similar role within a Travel agency.

System and process analysis expertise essential

Knowledge of Amadeus, Oracle NetSuite

Advanced Excel skills.
