Job Description

  • Various shifts available with additional remuneration for after hours .
  • Ability to handle pressure
  • Ability to handle very large volumes and quick turnaround time
  • All travel related requests for Domestic, Regional and International bookings
  • EMD
  • Ticketing
  • Ticket re-issue
  • Process visas correctly and timeously
  • Domestic / Regional / International re-routings
  • Practice teamwork and has the enthusiasm to assist colleagues

Start date : ASAP

Salary

Salary - highly negotiable dependent on experience + after hours positions offering  extremely good remuneration

Required Qualifications

From recently certificated in Travel Management to experienced:

  • GDS experience required 
  • 3 -10 years  + experience in TMC
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Well spoken
  • Team player and leading ability
  • Handle Corporate and/or Government Accounts
  • Excellent international  fares and ticketing knowledge
  • Good destination knowledge
