Job Description

Our client is looking for an experienced Travel Account Manager who will retain and increasing the business. Meet and exceed client goals and aspirations, act as the Brand ambassador and look out for new opportunities.

This person should be able to understand and analyse the client’s needs to formulate a medium to long term strategy for continual development of the business.

This person will be responsible for all communications ensuring client satisfaction locally and where applicable liaising multi-nationally with colleagues to ensure client retention and maximum growth.

Required Qualifications

At least 2-3 years’ experience in a customer relations position within a travel agency dealing with corporate clients.

At least 2 years Account management experience.

Must have reporting experience.

Must have experience growing accounts.

Regional / International travel will be required.
