Job Description

Key Responsibilities: (Include the following – list is not exhaustive and other related duties may be assigned)

  • Daily monitoring of the Un-synced report
  • Ensuring all documents are accurately indexed in Papertrail
  • Forwarding of any unresolved matters to the Team Leader/Manager
  • Daily targets achieved
  • Accurately attaching of orders and Vouchers to Supplier invoices when needed
  • Attaching After Hours Vouchers
  • Timeously submission of all documents attached to Accounts Clerks
  • Quality checking of daily invoices processed when required.
  • Flagging queries when required.
  • Resolving Queries when required.
  • Quality checking of supplier invoices in Papertrail.

  • Gr12 certificate
  • Quicktrav experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Good computer skills       
  • Experience in the Travel industry
  • Team Player
  • Fast turnaround times and high volumes
