  • Grade 12 or equivalent qualifications with at least 2+ years’ experience as a consultant
  • Galileo Essential
  • Quicktrav
  • Competent in re-issues, VMPD, EMD
  • Ability to work under pressure and excellent communication skills
  • Experience and in-depth knowledge with regards to fares and ticketing
