Job Description

  • Handling all incoming and outgoing travel bookings
  • To effectively and efficiently execute quotations on a daily basis
  • Understanding of local travel and Visa requirements
  • Issuing of tickets, revalidation of tickets, re-issue and rerouting of tickets and other related documentation.
General admin duties and adhoc tasks as allocated
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • High accuracy and attention to detail essential
  • Customer oriented
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and after hours(overtime will be paid)

Required Qualifications

  • Grade 12 or NQF Level 4, Travel & Tourism Diploma or equivalent qualifications with at least 3- 5+ years’ experience as a Travel Consultant
  • International fares and ticketing certificate
